Engagements
Any services are provided under a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and responsibilities. Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not create an engagement or a confirmed appointment.
Fees, packages, and plans
- Listed prices are Iré Solutions service fees in U.S. dollars. State and government filing fees and third-party costs are separate unless a package explicitly says otherwise.
- Package contents, consultation counts, and support periods are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- We confirm your state is supported before any filing work begins.
- Consulting prices marked “starting at” are proposed starting prices; final pricing is set in a written proposal.
Monthly plans
- Billed monthly in advance, starting on the date you enroll.
- Plans renew automatically each month until canceled.
- Cancel any time before your next billing date by contacting Iré Solutions (or through the billing portal once enabled). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unused sessions do not roll over. When a plan ends, reminders and scheduled sessions stop. Documents we organized for you remain yours, and we'll provide copies on request.
Refunds

No guarantees
We do not guarantee name availability, filing approval, EIN issuance, licensing, specific business results, cost savings, contract awards, funding, or government approvals. Automation and AI solutions include human oversight where appropriate, and not every process can be fully automated.
Third-party services
Some solutions involve software or services from third parties, which are subject to their own terms and fees. Iré Solutions is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, credit bureau, or government agency, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, credit-repair, payroll, or other licensed services. Where a project requires regulated or specialized services, we refer clients to qualified professionals.

The Iré Solutions name, logo, and website content belong to Iré Solutions LLC. Please do not reuse them without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the website, or submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential government information through this site.
