Iré Solutions LLC is an independent professional services firm. We are not a government agency, and references to government programs or registrations do not imply government endorsement. This is not a government website.

What we are, and what we are not

Iré Solutions is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, credit bureau, or government agency. We provide administrative assistance and business consulting. Legal, tax, lending, and credit-repair matters are referred to qualified, licensed professionals.

We clearly distinguish administrative assistance and business consulting from regulated legal, tax, lending, and credit-repair services, and we refer clients to qualified professionals when those services are required.

Business credit and funding readiness

We do not promise credit score increases, guaranteed reporting, guaranteed approvals, or guaranteed funding. We do not offer credit repair, tradelines, credit profile numbers (CPNs), or any practice designed to mislead lenders or bureaus.

Our credit and funding readiness services are educational and preparatory. Iré Solutions is not a credit repair organization, does not dispute or remove information from credit reports, and does not represent that it can improve anyone's credit record, history, or rating. Lenders, vendors, bureaus, and grantors make all reporting, approval, and funding decisions.

Government fees vs. Iré Solutions service fees

Prices shown are Iré Solutions service fees. State and government filing fees vary by jurisdiction and business type, are paid separately, and are not included unless a package explicitly says so.

Some government processes are free when you go directly to the agency. For example, the IRS does not charge to apply for an EIN, and SAM.gov registration is free. Our fee pays for guidance, preparation, and support. Purchasing our services does not guarantee government approval, licensing, funding, or contract awards. Government agencies make all such decisions.

Registered agent service

Registered agent service is not currently offered. It may be offered later through Iré Solutions or a verified partner, with price and scope disclosed.

Government contracting status

Iré Solutions intends to pursue District of Columbia, federal, state, and local government opportunities, including subcontracting. We do not claim contract awards, existing government clients, security clearances, or certifications unless they are specifically listed on our Government Solutions page.

Current capabilities and planned offerings

Our technology capabilities are supported by a team with experience in website development, AI-enabled business systems, automation, and IT help desk support. We are developing these capabilities into integrated professional service offerings. The availability of specific services is confirmed during scoping.

Regulated and specialized services

• HR support is advisory and administrative; employment-law, payroll, benefits, and licensed services are provided by qualified third parties.
• IT support is general technical support; specialized cybersecurity, network engineering, and managed security services require additional qualifications.
• We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Technology partners

We are not an authorized reseller or certified partner of any technology vendor unless stated.

AI and automation

We apply responsible AI principles, including human oversight, data minimization, and security. Not every process can be fully automated.
